The meetings will be held in the Auditorium of Texas Tech University Health Sciences, 1400 Wallace Blvd, unless otherwise noted. Meetings start at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Rookie meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. in a same meeting room.

Members are reminded of the requirement to attend two-thirds of the regularly scheduled local meetings. Excused absences may be granted for those absences where written documentation is submitted for the excused absence. Requests should be sent to the Chapter Recorder who will present the requests to the Board of Directors for approval.

Members are reminded of the requirement to attend an annual rules clinic. Rule Clinics will be conducted at the State Meeting, and Regional Clinic and the chapter will conduct a rules clinic during one of the regularly scheduled meetings. The required Annual Football test will be administered at the State Meeting, Regional Clinic, will be available online on the Amarillo Chapter site and the Members Portal of the TASO web site . Each official must take the test and make a grade of 70 or greater prior to the first regularly scheduled varsity contest the official officiates.
